I love Use Real Butter; so many of my recipes have come from there and they’re always fantastic. This roast beef was no different. It was tender and rich, and so simple because it was made with my favorite piece of equipment, the crock pot. Kramer and I ate the roast beef on hoagie rolls, but it would have been great all by itself. Recipe after the jump!
Ready to chow down.

Wow, this looks good. And crock pots always make meals so easy…even someone as klutzy as me can’t make too much of a mess
And the hoagie roll seems like a perfect fit.
