Peanut Butter and Butterscotch Fudge

Serves: 40-50 pieces
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 packet butterscotch chips
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows
  1. Melt butter over medium heat in a large pot.
  2. Add peanut butter and butterscotch chips; stir until melted.
  3. Remove from heat allow to cool a bit so you don't melt the marshmallows.
  4. Stir in the marshmallows gently yet quickly
  5. Pour into a greased 9x9 pan, and put into the freezer until set.
