Crock Pot Roast Beef

Serves: 6-8 people
Ingredients
  • 3-5 lb chuck roast
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in the crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Serve alone, with a side dish (like mashed potatoes), or on a hoagie roll.
