Homemade Honey Granola

Serves: 6 cups
  • 4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup almonds, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup dried strawberries
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup chia seeds (or flax seeds)
  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons molasses
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, nuts, dried fruit, and chia seeds. In another bowl, combine the honey, molasses, and oil. Toss the wet mixture over the oat mixture and spread out over a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake the granola for 40-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden. Allow it to cool and store in an airtight container for up to 1 month. Serve with yogurt, milk, or enjoy on its own.
