A sweet spring cocktail with bourbon, lemonade, strawberries, and a dash of cinnamon.

Serves: 2 cocktails
Ingredients
6 ounces bourbon
6 strawberries, pureed in a blender
juice of 2 lemons
1 tablespoon maple syrup
4 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
dash of McCormick cinnamon
club soda or prosecco, for topping off
slices strawberries, for garnish
Instructions
Add your bourbon, pureed strawberries, lemon juice, maple syrup, bitters, and cinnamon to a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Shake for 10 seconds, then strain through a mesh strainer into chilled champagne flutes. Top off with club soda or prosecco and garnish with a strawberry.
